RETURNS Refund  Policy We cannot give refunds on custom decorated garments--sales are final. Except: A damaged garment or an incorrect order. We will refund the price of the garment if your order is not a custom order.  We do not refund shipping costs if the order was not damaged or incorrect. Refund Procedure 1. Call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within seven (7) days of receiving the order.  Return will not be accepted without this number. 2.
